Step into an experience where you can quiet your mind, engage your body, and empower your soul. Feed your senses with the beautiful surroundings of our retreat locations. Nourish your heart with the love and support you will feel from your retreat community. Experience the best healing practices to reboot your energy, replenish your mind, and reconnect you to your soul. Whether you’re a seasoned traveler on your healing journey or you are just getting started, our Conscious Journey Retreat is designed for you. You will be warmly greeted and toured around to our retreat center. You’ll join us and the other arriving guests for an assortment of fresh fruits and veggies, a charcuterie board of a variety of cheeses and crackers, and hot and cold teas. Take a dip in the pool or simply soak in the peaceful sounds of nature until we gather for dinner at 6pm. Our opening evening is for light connection. Enjoy a restorative group Healing Touch session before bed. Friday and Saturday we will have scheduled morning, afternoon, and evening sessions with plenty of built-in down time to simply reflect, journal, connect with yourself or the wonderful people around you. Everything is carefully structured to support you in feeling both renewed and energized. Sunday we have a beautiful and enlivening ceremony to complete our journey together! You will experience a profound shift as you reflect on how much you have changed. It is amazing to be together and literally see your growth and the growth of your retreat tribe in our shining faces. Together we will enjoy a sweet closing that honors what we have learned, healed, and embodied in our time together. Accommodations: Shared rooms are provided.
